Your dashboard can show a lot, but on a busy day you only need three numbers. Read them in this order and you’ll know in a minute whether an ad deserves more money.

1. Spent

How much the ad has cost so far, in your own currency. This is the number every other number is measured against.

2. Conversations

How many people tapped the ad’s tracked link and started a chat or visited your page. Plenty of spend and few conversations usually means the picture or the audience is off.

3. Sales

The orders you marked as sold from those conversations, and what they were worth. This is the only number that pays the bills — and the one ad platforms can’t show you on their own.

  • Good conversations, few sales — look at your price, delivery terms or how fast you reply.
  • Few conversations — change the creative or audience before adding budget.
  • Sales above spend — keep it running and consider raising the budget gradually.
