Privacy Policy for Tenzu

Last updated: October 17, 2026

1. Introduction

Tenzu ("we", "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains how we handle your data when you use our ad management services.

2. Data We Collect

  • Account Information: Name, email, and profile picture from Facebook/Google.
  • Ad Data: We access your Ad Accounts, Campaigns, and Insights via the Meta Marketing API to provide dashboard analytics.
  • Payment Data: Processed securely via Paystack. We do not store full card details.

3. How We Use Your Data

We use your data solely to:

  • Create and manage your advertising campaigns.
  • Provide performance analytics and AI recommendations.
  • Process subscription payments.

4. Data Deletion

You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting privacy@usetenzu.com or using the "Delete Account" feature in Settings.

5. Buyers on Seller Pages

When you order from a seller's page hosted by Tenzu, the seller is responsible for your order. We handle your data for them:

  • What we collect: the details you type at checkout (name, phone, email, delivery address, note), your order, and technical details of your visit: the ad you came from, your browser type, a random browser ID stored on your device, and your IP address.
  • Who sees it: the seller sees your order and contact details. To measure their ads, we send Meta (Facebook/Instagram) your email, phone and name in coded (SHA-256 hashed) form, plus the ad click, browser ID, browser type and IP address. If you pay online, Paystack processes the payment.
  • How long: your IP address is deleted once the sale is reported to Meta, or after 30 days. Your order stays with the seller's records.
  • Your choices: clearing your browser's site data removes the browser ID and saved ad click. To see or delete your order data, contact the seller or privacy@usetenzu.com.
