Quiet hours: stop paying for chats you can’t answer

A customer who messages at 2am and hears nothing until noon has probably bought from someone else. If nobody is there to reply, the ad that brought them in was money spent for nothing.

What quiet hours does

Tell Tenzu the hours your shop answers messages. Outside those hours, campaigns that send people to chat are paused automatically, then switched back on when you’re open again. You don’t have to remember to do it every night.

How to turn it on

1. Open Optimize → Automation in your Tenzu dashboard.
2. Set the hours you reply to messages.
3. Save. Tenzu handles the pausing and resuming from then on.
